Some issues
unhelpful staff noisy environment
The room was very spacious and clean.
The staff was UNHELPFUL regarding the room that i booked. I had booked a room with a balcony OVERLOOKING the pool, but upon arrival, i was told there was a problem with the air conditioning. I was given another room facing the road, it was very noisy because of the traffic and the nearby bars, i COULDN'T sleep WELL.

The hotel restaurant is open. The food is good. Staff are always available (i did appreciate that). The hotel has a great pool to cool off in the heat.
The internet was terrible. I was unable to work because it was slow. I lost some work. The housekeeping team was noisy with loud talking outside my room. I had a room with twin beds. The room felt so small.

the breakfast selection was great. the restaurant menu also offered good choices. i was surprised with an upgrade to the pool suite when i booked a balcony pool view room.
the room with balcony was loud until 4 am. it was impossible to sleep there. it was very loud in the morning from people and cleaning staff as well.

mixed feelings About my stay
loud music inconsistent shower
the noise at night was a problem the loud music from nearby establishments continued late into the night. i found it difficult to sleep some nights. the bathroom was small the shower pressure was inconsistent. sometimes, it was barely a trickle it made it hard to wash my hair effectively.
